Our History

Our Firm was established in 1996, with one philosophy in mind; to provide quality individualized client service.  This firm philosophy was established and enforced by Founder and President, Jay Wissing.

Our services include all tax related matters, i.e. individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts and estates.  Our firm's services include not only all aspects of tax accounting but also consulting to family and closely-held businesses which may often include financial and estate planning.

Our client base includes many long-term relationships with individuals as well as businesses; however, we enjoy broadening our client base by constantly working with new clients.  We consistently receive referrals from local financial institutions, business owners and individuals who are familiar with our emphasis on quality work and our hands-on rapport with clients.
