A.J. "Jay" Wissing, CPA

A graduate of St. Xavier H. S. and Western KY University, Jay has been practicing public accounting since 1973.  In 1996 he established his own firm.  He concentrates primarily on tax related matters, ie. individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts and estates.  His personal, one-on-one approach allows the opportunity to find a solution or plan unique to each individual or business situation.  He is a member of the Rotary Club of St. Matthews, The St. Matthews Chamber of Commerce, American Institute of CPA's, KY Society of CPA's, Our Lady of Lourdes Church and the Alumni Associations of both Western KY, and St Xavier.  He assists in a variety of community service projects.  Jay and his wife Alice recently celebrated their 39th anniversary.  They have five sons, and ten grandchildren.  Jay spends much of his free time outdoors.  He enjoys fishing, canoeing, camping and hunting.     Contact Jay

Timothy A. Wissing, EA

David W. Elks, CPA

David is a senior associate of our firm.  After receiving his degree from the University of Mississippi, he worked in public accounting firms in Maryland and Connecticut. David is a member of the American institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of CPAs and holds a CPA license in Kentucky and Delaware.  When he's not striving to provide excellent client service, David enjoys reading, movies and travel.  David and his wife Carol have two cats, Mimi and Merrick.  Contact David

Jennifer F. Rader, CPA

Jennifer graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2000 with a BS degree in Accounting.  She obtained her CPA license in 2002.  She has worked in the accounting profession since 1999; in both public accounting and within a publicly traded company.  Jennifer is a 1996 graduate of Assumption High School.  She and her husband, Jason, have 2 sons and 1 daughter; Carson and twins, Jack and Anna.  Jennifer enjoys spending her free time with her family.  She also enjoys reading and watching movies.  Contact Jennifer

 Debbie A. Deich

Debbie has been with the firm since 1993.  As office manager, she assists with bookkeeping, maintaining client and firm records, processing tax returns and ensuring all work is timely filed.  She has been associated with the credit/accounting industry since 1973.  Debbie resides in New Albany, IN with her husband, Chet.  They have four children and two granddaughters.  She enjoys reading and long jeep rides.  Contact Debbie

Erica L. Morrison

Erica has been with our firm since 2010, however has worked in the accounting field since 2000.  She assists in various bookkeeping tasks, processing tax returns and assists in many of the day to day operations of the firm.  She enjoys the hustle and bustle of tax season, and looks forward to meeting each client as they walk through the door.   Erica and her husband Nicholas, have two boys, Owen and Trevor.  Together, they enjoy hiking, biking and new adventures.  Contact Erica
